Inside the Kelvin Memorial Archive
The Kelvin Memorial Archive was a Starfleet facility located in London in the Kelvin timeline. It also served as a top secret Section 31 facility.
History and specifics[]
In 2259, Khan Noonien Singh made a deal with Section 31 operative Thomas Harewood. In exchange for a cure to the disease Harewood's daughter suffered from, Harewood would blow up the archive. Harewood followed through on the deal and ended up destroying the archive. In the aftermath, Khan was able to recover a portable transwarp beaming device from the wreckage.
