Moshe was a 25th century Trill individual who was an officer of Starfleet in the early 2400s decade, holding the rank of commander aboard the Federation starship USS Stargazer in the year 2401. (PIC - Stargazer comic: "Issue 1")

History[]

In the 2400s decade, Moshe served in the position of first officer. In 2401, his commanding officer was Captain Cristóbal Rios. (PIC episode: "The Star Gazer")

When Rios remained behind in the 21st century due to time travel, Admiral Jean-Luc Picard appointed Fenris Ranger Seven of Nine as acting captain. (PIC episode: "Farewell")

Seven received a permanent commission as commander but decided to leave Starfleet. Captain Mekara replaced her as CO of the Stargazer and Moshe's superior officer. During a mission to Jenjor VI, Moshe reported to his captain that the sensors failed to detect lifesigns on the planet's surface. (PIC - Stargazer comic: "Issue 1")
