Oscar tells Gordon and a nearby kid that the hat is the answer, but it won’t be nice for long, because he’s going to stick it in his egg beater and pour motor oil on it.

	SCENE 2	Big Bird enters the yard shaking a tambourine and clicking his beak like a castanet to a flamenco version of "Lady of Spain." The reason for this, as he excitedly tells Susan, is that he learned about the Spanish word "adios," and is anxious to say it. Susan tells him it's too early to say goodbye, so he goes back to his nest to practice it.

They talk about how some birds are hatched in an incubator, and that their beaks are made to peck out of the shells.

	SCENE 7	Susan alerts Big Bird that it's finally time to say goodbye, but he's forgotten the word. Sally and Ricky remind him, and Big Bird joyfully repeats the word "adios." After the credits roll, he continues saying it to the kids at his nest, as they play in the barrels. Bob announces the sponsors.
	CLOSING SIGNS	The Sesame Street sign floats above Ernie and Bert, while Susan and Oscar hold up the CTW sign at the end.
