SCENE 2 | Rafael needs to step out and places Oscar (who loves all the broken items around) in charge of the Fix-It Shop. He tells Oscar to put any important items into the shop's middle locker. After Oscar remarks that Rafael should "get a haircut and beautify America" before he leaves, he admires the items in need of repair on the counter, as well as the shop's trash bin. Since it's important to him, Oscar thinks all of it should stay safe in the locker, and begins storing the items away. |

He picks one at random, which happens to have the trash, and it spills all over the floor as he feared. Oscar thinks of a better way to know which locker has the trash, and finds a fixed radio. It's tuned to Grouch Music of the Air, so Oscar will enjoy the music from the trash-filled locker as he starts re-stocking it. |

Oscar is taken aback to see the frame is now gone and he opens the trash-filled door once again. |
