	SCENE 1	Kid voiceovers observe that activities on the street (Molly dropping her mailbag onto the sidewalk, kids riding bikes, Big Bird running, David and Rafael wildly playing basketball, and Tom getting a letter and ripping it up to put in the litter basket) are all happening in reverse. They stop everything and correct the footage so it runs properly.

	SCENE 2	Rafael needs to step out and places Oscar (who loves all the broken items around) in charge of the Fix-It Shop. He tells Oscar to put any important items into the shop's middle locker. After Oscar remarks that Rafael should "get a haircut and beautify America" before he leaves, he admires the items in need of repair on the counter, as well as the shop's trash bin. Since it's important to him, Oscar thinks all of it should stay safe in the locker, and begins storing the items away.
	Muppets	Ernie and Bert: Finger String — Ernie has a piece of string on each finger, in order to remind himself that they're all out of string. (First: Episode 0163)
	SCENE 3	Oscar finishes stuffing all the trash into the locker, when Molly comes in with some important mail. She suggests Oscar put it somewhere safe. He approaches the lockers, but can't remember which one contains the trash and could spill out if he opens the door. He picks one at random, which happens to have the trash, and it spills all over the floor as he feared. Oscar thinks of a better way to know which locker has the trash, and finds a fixed radio. It's tuned to Grouch Music of the Air, so Oscar will enjoy the music from the trash-filled locker as he starts re-stocking it.
	Muppets	Grover: Surprise — Grover intends to teach the audience about "surprise" by sneaking up on Ernie. (First: Episode 0183)
	SCENE 4	Oscar enjoys the Grouch music program, until the station changes to Nice Music of the Air and starts playing pleasant music. Oscar hesitates opening the locker to shut the radio off, but feels all the work will be worth it just to get rid of the sweet music.

	SCENE 5	Oscar puts all the trash back and this time hangs a picture frame on the locker to mark it. He starts to nap on the desk, when David comes in to pick up his repaired item. Oscar is too tired and grumpy to notice David remove his frame from the locker. David gives him the money and tells Oscar to put it somewhere safe. Oscar is taken aback to see the frame is now gone and he opens the trash-filled door once again.

	SCENE 6	Oscar has marked the locker door with an X made of tape. Tom stops by with an apron he borrowed and Oscar's system finally works as he stashes it in an empty locker. When Rafael returns, Oscar expresses how exhausting the job was, especially the lockers. Rafael says they've never given him trouble and starts opening them, including the one filled with trash. Oscar quits on the spot and tells Rafael to stash the trash away himself.
