Description
SCENE 1Oscar observes Joey leading David, Maria, Mr. Hooper and the kids in a game of "Simon Says." Oscar calls everybody over to his trash can to play a game of "Oscar Says" instead. He tells them to do grouchy things, but doesn’t say "Oscar says" when he tells them to do nice things. Finally, he tells them to walk away, then says "Stop." David points out that he didn’t say "Oscar says" for the stopping part, and Oscar says that was intentional - he wants them to walk farther away so he can be left alone.
