	SCENE 1	Following the events of the previous episode, Big Bird attempts to replace the fallen tree on the street. He knows that trees grow from acorns and has placed one on the ground, commanding it to grow. Maria and David break it to him that not only does it need to be planted, but trees take years to grow; this directly impedes Big Bird's plans for a picnic under the tree tomorrow. He goes off to sulk, while David wonders what they can do to remedy this.

	SCENE 2	David and Maria tell Luis about Big Bird's mood. Luis is inspired to phone the parks department at city hall to see what can be done. He's told they can plant a new tree, provided they can procure a petition with 100 signatures on it. They each are too busy to collect signatures, but fortunately someone perfect for the job enters the Fix-It Shop - Count von Count!

They find that aside from the two kids, all the other signatures are that of the Count's. They explain how petitions need unique signatures and start adding their own.

	SCENE 4	Out on the sidewalk, Sully digs a hole where a brand-new tree is waiting to be planted. Biff tells the adults about how "some strange dude in a monkey suit" brought a six-thousand signature petition for a new tree to city hall, and they're here to deliver and plant it. Biff wishes they had a band to perform a proper drumroll or fanfare, citing the importance of trees in the environment. Everyone helps load the tree into place, then provides Biff with a vocal fanfare.
