If he can guess which is the biggest of the cans he has displayed, he can win a ratty Kewpie doll; if he loses, he'll have to hand over his trash to Oscar. Mr. Hooper accepts and, of the three cans he's focusing on, chooses the biggest one. Oscar claims victory in fooling him, and points out that the biggest can is the trash can all three of them are on top of. Mr. Hooper says that's fine, as he was going to give him the bag of trash anyway, so there was no need to play the game in the first place. "Zinged again!" declares Oscar.

Gordon realizes that his ticket matches, and everybody begins to celebrate. Mr. Hooper tells them that the maximum prize is $100,000. Bob says with that kind of money, he'd take a trip around the world... twice; Olivia would like to open a very fancy photography studio. Big Bird says he'd decorate his nest in colored feathers (while saving the rest for a nest egg), and Mr. Hooper would continue his education as a college freshman. Gordon describes the yacht he'd buy to sail everybody on a trip to Bermuda, but when Mr. Hooper informs them that he only won five dollars in the lottery, Gordon uses it to buy a toy boat instead.
