	SCENE 1	Telly is hesitant to open a letter he's received, as he doesn't know who sent it to him. He thinks it might contain such bad news as Elmo telling him he broke his toy fire engine or Mr. Macintosh saying he's all out of broccoli. Maria opens it and reads it for him; it turns out to be a party invitation from Miss Trump. Telly now starts worrying if he'll even be able to attend, suggesting some crazy things might keep him from getting there.

	Insert	Gordon reads the kids the story of "Numberella". In the story, Numberella does not have a number to wear to the Prince's party, as numbers 1 through 20 have already been taken. The Count shows up as Numberella's Fairy Countfather and gives her the number 21, which amazes everybody at the party, particularly the Prince, as they have never seen such a number before.

	SCENE 3	Bob starts a game of "Clues on the Clothesline," where he and the kids will guess who's in Bob's apartment by the picture clues strung on the line. The clues (depicting a trash can, some stripes, and a worm) all point to one individual - Slimey, who rides along the line in a little basket. Bob wonders who is moving the line and sees Fluffy's trunk peering from the window. He panics and dashes upstairs to ensure nothing (or at least, not much else) gets broken.

Telly announces the sponsors, hoping that Linda won't be a Grouch forever; she comes back out and gives Telly an air kiss on the head. "That's more like it," Telly says.
