He goes through his imaginary supplies, which include a ladder to see the giraffes better and peanuts for the elephants. Luckily Elmo doesn't need to go very far - the jungle happens to be at Hooper's, and Elmo gets Mr. Handford to pretend to be one of the giraffes.

	SCENE 2	Big Bird is playing at his nest when he hears a siren blaring. It's not coming from a fire engine - it's from a cowbell. The cow wearing it, Mirabelle (Camille Bonora), states that her cowbell is broken and is making the siren noise whenever she moves. It also makes her very sad and keeps the other cows awake at night, so Big Bird suggests she head to the Fix-It Shop to have it repaired. They're briefly stopped on the way there by a policeman (Jim Martin) who confuses Mirabelle's bell for a fire engine. ("False alarm there, Normie, it's just a cow.")

	SCENE 3	Following another visit from the policeman, Maria struggles to fix Mirabelle's cowbell. She tries tightening and loosening the clapper, but it just makes the siren sound go wonky. Maria then hits it with a mallet, which results in the bell making Big Ben-esque chimes. Monty arrives with a cup and saucer in hand, thinking it's tea time. ("Are you saying I took a wrong turn at Leicester Square?")

They mistake the Fix-It shop for a pasture as Big Bird announces the sponsors, while the policeman shows up to add to the commotion.
