	SCENE 1	Oscar's pet elephant Fluffy has taken up swing dancing, but there isn't enough room in Oscar's trash can for Fluffy to dance. Oscar has taken some of his trash out to make more room, but Fluffy continues to bump into things. He isn't sure what to do when Gabi suggests Oscar should have a garage sale like her parents sometimes have while cleaning out the Fix-It Shop. Oscar ropes Gabi into helping him sell some trash, though Gabi has no idea who would want to buy it.

	SCENE 2	Oscar, Gabi, and Fluffy have finished putting a giant pile of trash onto the sidewalk to sell, though Oscar thinks he's going to have a hard time getting rid of it. Gabi suggests he needs to sort the trash so people will see what he's selling, as well as put up a big sign to advertise. Oscar begins to have second thoughts, but Fluffy objects and he gives in. He does see that Fluffy has a lot more room to dance... but not enough, as he crashes into something.

	SCENE 3	Gabi has sorted out all of Oscar's trash, which now stretches from his can to the front of 123 Sesame Street. Susan comes by with a couple of kids and looks through the trash in curiosity. She finds a book called Little Grouch Riding Hood, which is Oscar's favorite Grouch bedtime story.
	SCENE 3, cont'd	Susan sits on the stoop and reads the book to the kids. The story is basically the same as the original, only the Big Bad Wolf runs in disgust at Riding Hood's sardine, peanut butter, and clam sauce pizza she brings to her grandma. Susan likes the book and wants to buy it, but Oscar says it's not for sale and starts reading it himself, losing his only customer.

	SCENE 4	Oscar promises Fluffy he'll sell something to the next customer he sees, who happens to be Gina. She looks through the trash and Oscar is sure she won't find a thing she'd like, but Gina does spot a discarded "NO" sign that reminds her of a song she sang with Maria...

	SCENE 4, cont'd	"Didn't you listen to the song? Can't you even read the sign?" Oscar says, refusing to sell his "NO" sign to Gina. Fluffy berates him again, and Oscar says he'll try to sell something next time.
	Cartoon	Noodles & Nedd eat lots of chocolates, but they don't litter. (First: Episode 3698)
	SCENE 5	Gabi points out to Oscar how he was the cause of missing sales with Susan and Gina, so he tries to do better with the next customer. Baby Bear shows Gabi and Oscar the collage he's working on and needs something to finish it. He finds a perfect shoelace from Oscar's trash sale, and Gabi convinces Oscar to finally give it up. However, Oscar likes the finished collage so much that Baby Bear gives it to him! Fluffy grabs the art piece and smacks Oscar over the head with it.

	SCENE 6	Oscar realizes that he shouldn't be selling the trash to his neighbors, but to fellow Grouches. He gets his phone and calls Three Grouches Named Moe With A Truck, who will be able to take everything.

	SCENE 7	Fluffy thanks Oscar with elephant kisses when the Three Moes arrive to take the trash away. Oscar tries to say goodbye to it, but he still isn't sure about giving it to them; Fluffy will be sad if he keeps it, but he'll be sad if he gives it away. What's a Grouch to do?
	Song	"Dancin' Shoes" (First: Episode 2949)
	Cartoon	A spider refuses to give up spinning a web, no matter how badly injured he becomes. (First: Episode 1652)
	SCENE 8	After much consideration, Oscar decides not to give his trash away. Gabi is surprised at how much Oscar loves his belongings, so Oscar sings "I Love Trash" with Gabi and the Moes joining in; Fluffy even dances along with them. The Moes thank him for wasting their time and head off, and Gabi coaxes Oscar and Fluffy to try to cooperate. Oscar agrees to remove some of his trash whenever Fluffy wants to dance, and Fluffy gets to dancing to his heart's content.

	SCENE 9	Gabi and Oscar continue to watch Fluffy strut his stuff as Gabi announces the sponsors. The credits follow.
