SCENE 1Telly waits for Baby Bear to return from a trip to his grandma's; he hasn't seen him in a long time. Baby Bear arrives and Telly immediately notices how long his hair has got - it comes out in one big spurt from the top of his head. Baby Bear admits that while his hair is kind of bothersome, he refuses the idea of getting a haircut as he's never needed one.
