Description
SCENE 1Maria welcomes the viewer all excited because she has found Gabi's first finger painting while rummaging through the Fix-It Shop: it's a series of blue swirls with an orange construction paper frame. When Gabi arrives she doesn't recognize it, even when Maria tries to refresh her memory and says she was five years old when she did it.
SCENE 1 cont'd
As Maria goes inside to take a call, Big Bird notices the painting and starts interpreting it as different things. Gabi decides to give it to him before heading to school, but when Maria returns she becomes a little upset as the picture had sentimental value to her. Maria decides to ask Big Bird to return it later and passes the time for now by repairing a toaster.
