We're an organization of developers that work on an app named ToDoTurtle. This app will allow you to add, remove and update reminders, note and TODO's from all of your devices.
The server of the app could be self-hosted, and the android app adds a lot of unique functionalities, like for example the use of NFC for adding notes instantly.
