This commit adds documentation to the already publicly available readline.emitKeypressEvents() method.
Currently, 'keypress' events include the sequence and key info for named keys, but only the sequence for unnamed keys. This commit causes the key info to be included in both cases.
Issues and PRs related to the built-in readline module.
PRs that contain breaking changes and should be released in the next major version.
