QuPath catalog

QuPath use catalogs to easily install, manage, and delete QuPath extensions. This repository consists of the catalog containing the QuPath extensions developed by the QuPath team.

This catalog is enabled by default in QuPath.

To create a custom catalog, follow the instructions of https://github.com/qupath/extension-catalog-model.
