Carson K. Bass was a 23rd century Human man, a career officer in the Federation Starfleet. In 2287, he had risen to the rank of Admiral in Starfleet Intelligence.
Biography[]
Bass was born in the mid-2230s decade. He attended Starfleet Academy in the late 2250s and early 2260s. After graduating, he served in Starfleet's administration division for two years, then for two years in the Starfleet Intelligence Plans and Policies Division. In the late 2260s decade, he spent two more years in administration, then Bass served as an Intelligence Procedures instructor at Starfleet Academy for three years. In the 2270s, he spent four more years with plans and policies and three years with Starfleet Security. Beginning in the late 2270s, he began a nine-year stint with plans and policies.
As his career progressed, he became a preeminent expert in intelligence procedures, and also attained authoritative expertise in administration, computer operations, and security procedures. He gained professional-level qualifications in cryptology, leadership, diplomacy, and marksmanship. He also knew trivia about ancient computer systems.
By the 2280s decade, Bass had reached the flag officer rank of admiral in the Starfleet Intelligence organization. In 2287, Admiral Bass served as Deputy Chief of Plans and Policies for the Plans and Policies Division, based on Earth, and had a SECLAR security clearance of 8.
