Chakotay suggests a detour to a class K nebula.

A class-K nebula was missed by the wayward Federation Intrepid-class starship USS Voyager on stardate 53329 in the year 2376 on the ship's return trip to the Alpha Quadrant. First officer Lieutenant Commander Chakotay suggested to Captain Kathryn Janeway to investigate the nebula. Janeway considered it a significant detour for a minor nebula, to which Chakotay replied with a reminder that the were still explorers. Janeway agreed to the detour. The ship changed course again when Voyager detected readings emanating from Mister Tash's graviton catapult, ultimately giving Chakotay's nebula a miss. (VOY episode: "The Voyager Conspiracy")
