SCENE 1 | Bob goes to meet up with Maria, but instead Big Bird is at their meeting spot. He says she was there, but had to leave, but he has a phone number he can contact her at. Bob dials the number in Hooper's Store. The call goes through to the Fix-It Shop, where Luis answers in Spanish. Bob doesn't quite understand and goes into the Fix-It Shop to ask Luis to help translate the call (both unaware they're on the same call). He eventually returns to ask Luis if he's seen Maria. Luis hasn't, but knows she's supposed to come by soon. He tells Luis the number he was given and the two realize they were talking together the whole time. |
