SCENE 1
The story opens on a bus that loves giving rides to people each day. After letting off the last of his passengers, the bus is ready to go back to the garage when two princesses happen by after their shopping trip. He is proud to offer them a ride home and asks where they live, and the princesses show him part of the route on their map. When the bus learns the Royal Road leads to Lake Wannaswimma, he admits he is unable to sail across the lake and becomes sad he won't be able to help them. However, being a smart young bus, he has an idea and drives off. The princesses wonder what the idea could be.

The boat leaves since he isn't needed, but the map shows that the next big hurdle is in the form of Mt. Neverclimb.
