	SCENE 1	Big Bird welcomes the viewer to Sesame Street, saying they're just in time for one of the Amazing Mumford's magic tricks. A group of people (including Stephanie D'Abruzzo, Noel MacNeal, and a few kids) have gathered around Mumford's stage near Oscar's trash can. Alan, Gordon, and Teresa join them and ask Big Bird to stand in the back so they can see better. Big Bird doesn't mind - he's used to being big.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	Mumford announces he is going to perform his new "big/little" magic trick and plans to turn a big cutout of the letter M into a little one. With the wave of Mumford's wand and his magic words, a flash of light appears... but the M remains big. Mumford believes he needs more practice and goes off, muttering his magic words to himself.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	Gordon notices that Big Bird is gone, and Alan assumes that Big Bird must have gone to a play date with Snuffy. They both decide not to worry about him and go back to their chess game in the yard.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	As everyone leaves, Big Bird's voice is heard around the steps of 123 Sesame Street. The camera pans very low to the ground and Big Bird notices how big everything is around him - a jack, a paper clip, a leaf, and so on. Big Bird then realizes that everything didn't get big; he got little!
	SCENE 1 cont'd	He wonders how it happened and remembers Mumford performing his big and little trick, figuring Mumford's mistake caused him to shrink in size.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	An ant (Martin P. Robinson) comes by carrying a breadcrumb and recognizes Big Bird's feet when they used to be much bigger, but is surprised to see the rest of him so tiny. Big Bird explains what happened and asks if the ant is new in the neighborhood since they've never met before. The ant explains that people that are big never notice small ones like him before going off to bring his crumb to the ant colony.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	Big Bird feels great that he's seeing a new point of view and sings "I'm Little" while dancing around his surroundings.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	The ground begins to shake as Snuffy arrives for his play date with Big Bird. Big Bird is surprised to see how big Snuffy is from his point of view and tries to call to him, but Snuffy can't hear him since Big Bird is little and has a little voice to match. Snuffy walks up and down the street to continue his search for Big Bird.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	Big Bird doesn't like being little anymore and wishes to be his old size; his only hope is to find Mumford and become big again with his magic. Big Bird spots Alan and Gordon playing chess near Hooper's Store and calls to them, but like Snuffy, they can't hear him. Big Bird plans to get closer to Alan and Gordon, hoping they can help him find Mumford, and embarks on his very long journey towards the yard.
