Smart Tina is a student at Roosevelt Franklin Elementary School. She believes herself to be one of the smartest students in Roosevelt's class, though her fellow peers playfully enjoy pointing out that she is wrong about certain topics. She has a high opinion of herself, often punctuating her dialogue with a nod of her head and a confident "Hmmph!"
She is listed as "Smartina" in episode scripts[1], but is credited as "Smart Tina" when she sang the "ten wind-up rabbits" part of "The Twelve Days of Christmas" on the Merry Christmas from Sesame Street album, voiced here by Loretta Long.
