SCENE 1
It has just finished raining on Sesame Street, and Telly finds himself admiring the pitcher of rainwater he just collected. He tries to tell Oscar, who doesn't see why he should care about how important water is. Telly goes on to explain how people (and fish) would not be able to stop bothering him in a world without water, which does little to convince Oscar otherwise. Telly also fails to get Oscar interested in his air collection.
