Chacha is a somewhat uncommon enemy that can be found in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, first appearing in Stage 1 of Aqua Star. It yields no Copy Ability if swallowed. Its name may be a reference to the "cha-cha-cha" dance that originated from Cuba.

Chacha is a spherical creature with a grass skirt and two maracas, which it flails about as it dances in place. If Kirby approaches, Chacha will make a series of quick strikes in his direction with the maracas, which can hurt him. Often, however, it is seen in the background, where Kirby cannot interact with it at all.

Chacha was also planned to be included as a selectable pattern in Kirby Family, a canceled application for the Game Boy Color that would send a pattern to a sewing machine for it to make.
