Starfleet Captains David Gold and Don Walsh were both at Starbase 96 together in 2373. Gold had lost a chess match to Walsh at that time. (SCE eBook: War Stories, Book 2)

The USS da Vinci stopped at Starbase 96 in early 2376 to take aboard their new first officer, Commander Sonya Gomez. (SCE eBook: Many Splendors)

During leave at Starbase 96, da Vinci crewmates P8 Blue, Jil Barnak, Diego Feliciano, Frnats and Orthak encountered a bar patron who objected to members of five different species sharing a table together. This patron then had five different drinks poured on his head. (SCE eBook: Breakdowns)

It is unclear whether this incident happened at the same time Gomez transferred aboard or not.
