Sacred Square is the final main stage of World of Miracles: Planet Popstar in Kirby Star Allies. This stage introduces the Friend Star (outside of secret areas) and ends with a battle against Meta Knight. Completing this stage unlocks Fortress of Shadows: Jambastion.
Overview[edit]
The stage begins at the base of the ruins. Kirby can make his way up by pressing switches to raise sets of stairs.
In the next area, Kirby will come across a Friend Platform which will give him access to a new Friend Action, the Friend Star. Using this, the team can blast through the obstacles ahead.
From here, Kirby and his friends continue riding the star, switching elements as they do so.
Kirby and his team fly their star into a huge open area where the Bronto Burts fly in peculiar formations.

After finally landing the star, Kirby and his allies make their way up to an elevated platform where Meta Knight awaits. A Sword has been left on the ground, which Kirby can choose to pick up before the masked swordsman will fight him. If Kirby instead doesn't take the sword and waits for a certain amount of time, or if any player steps onto the platform where Meta Knight stands, he will become irritated and kick away the sword, featuring a different splash screen. The battle proceeds normally at first, but suddenly, Meta Knight is overtaken by a strange power and splits into many copies of himself (depending on how many are in Kirby's team). After dealing with the duplicate Meta Knights, his mask breaks, forcing him to retreat. However, upon defeat, a Friend Heart can be tossed at him before his mask breaks to instantly recruit him as an ally. Kirby can also summon Meta Knight in the Dream Palace after this battle.
After the stage is cleared for the first time, at this moment, Kirby and his allies are interrupted by a giant fortress embedding itself into Popstar's surface. Kirby and his allies make haste to this new threat.
Rare Picture Piece Guide[edit]
In the large open area of the Friend Star section, a passageway can be found high up blocked off by ice blocks. Kirby will need a Fire-based shot to get in and obtain the picture piece inside.

Trivia[edit]
- When Meta Knight is waiting for Kirby to take the sword, he can be heard whistling part of "My Friend and the Sunset" as soon as the wind starts howling (Track 034 in the Jukebox).
