Capsule J is an enemy in Kirby Super Star, which when inhaled gives Kirby the Jet ability. It is also the helper for the aforementioned Copy Ability.

Capsule J bears a physique similar to a Waddle Doo, except with a blue body, large white gloves for hands, and a round, green visor. In addition, Capsule J sports a huge rocket pack on its back, which it can use to hover short distances through the air. Capsule J itself is not hugely aggressive, and often times is not even seen flying, instead preferring to walk along the ground.

As a helper, Capsule J can use all of the abilities that Jet Kirby possesses.

In Kirby Super Star Ultra, Capsule J is replaced by Capsule J2, who acts mostly the same, but sports an updated design. Given this replacement, Capsule J is the only regular helper from either game which is not playable in Helper to Hero.
