Twizzy is a flying enemy that appears in many early Kirby games. It is a (usually) yellow bird resembling a chick with a proportionally large head. When seen, Twizzies usually fly up and then fly left or right, leaving the screen, though they can also be seen flying in wave-like lines. This method of attack is similar to Bronto Burt, and like their more ubiquitous counterparts, Twizzies do not give any Copy Abilities when swallowed. However, many of them can be seen resting on the ground and would hop or fly towards Kirby if he gets close to it.

Twizzy is closely related to Tookey, a similar enemy who resembles a mature equivalent to Twizzy. Another similar enemy appears in Kirby's Dream Land 2 known as Hatched Chick, though this enemy is distinct in that it emerges from an egg before attacking.
