- This article is about limited-time online events from Kirby Air Riders, and should not be confused with Field Event.
Events are special limited-time modes in Kirby Air Riders, in which players can compete in a selected challenge online. Events are only available on certain dates, during which they can earn points and get rewards.
Events are planned to run for at least a year after launch.[1]

The following is a list of events in Kirby Air Riders:
Everyone, to the Stadium! (#1)[edit]

"Everyone, to the Stadium!" was the first event in Kirby Air Riders, and was held in celebration of the game's launch. When participating in the event, players would play an otherwise regular eight-player match of City Trial—however, they would not have an option to pick a Stadium, instead they would all be forced to play the same one.
This event could only be played during certain hours of the day, in a similar fashion to Kirby Air Riders: Global Test Ride. This would be changed by the time of the next event, "Team Battle Tussle!".

"Team Battle Tussle!" was the second event in Kirby Air Riders, and was held in celebration of the game's launch. When participating in the event, players would play City Trial in Team Battle mode.
This event was originally planned to be playable only during certain timeslots, just like the first "Everyone, to the Stadium!" event. However, this was changed prior to the event starting.[2]

Race to the Finish![edit]

December 26th, 2025 (7:00pm PT)(cancelled a few hours after starting)
"Race to the Finish!" was the third event in Kirby Air Riders. When participating in the event, players would play a match of City Trial, but only with race-type Stadiums, those being Single Race, Drag Race, and Oval Circuit (it is unknown why Beam Gauntlet and Rail Panic were excluded).
On the same day the event started, the game was updated to feature Christmas-themed decorations in the menu and in the Paddock. Additionally, a special winter variation of Skyah was also added.
The event ended much earlier than planned, being cancelled around eight hours after starting. This was due to issues regarding race-specific rules being carried over to regular City Trial matches. It is planned to be rescheduled.[3]

A rerun of "Everyone, to the Stadium!" was the fourth event in Kirby Air Riders, acting as a replacement for "Race to the Finish!" after it got canceled. As such, it featured the same ruleset as the first "Everyone, to the Stadium!", and the same rewards as "Race to the Finish!".[4] Everyone's points from the previous event were set back to 0, though players receive more points for participating to make it easier to obtain all rewards, and any rewards already obtained from the canceled prior event were marked as such.[5]

High-Speed Top Ride![edit]

"High-Speed Top Ride!" was the fifth event in Kirby Air Riders, and was the first Top Ride event. In this event, all machines became faster when the first-place rider completed a lap. To compensate for the faster speeds, races on Flower, Flow, Air, Crystal, Steam, Cave, and Cyber consisted of 5 laps rather than 4, while Mountain and Nova featured 4 laps instead of 2.

"Soaring to the Top!" was the sixth event in Kirby Air Riders. Much like how "Race to the Finish!" focused on race-type Stadiums, this one had a focus on glide-type Stadiums; Air Glider, Target Flight, Skydive, and High Jump were the Stadiums which could appear.

"3-on-3 Showdown!" was the seventh event in Kirby Air Riders. This event once again focused on City Trial in Team Battle mode, like "Team Battle Tussle!", but with 3 players per team instead of 8.
On the same day, the game updated to feature Valentine's Day themed decorations in the menu and Paddock.

Daily Air Ride[edit]
In addition to the limited-time events, the Events menu option features a mode called "Daily Air Ride", where a random Air Ride course is selected every day for players to compete in online.
