Max Boost[1] is an item that appears in City Trial in Kirby Air Riders. It can be found inside green and rare boxes. This item temporarily maxes out the rider's Boost Gauge, which allows them to repeatedly perform instant fully-charge Boost Dashes, letting them quickly move around.
Max Boost's functionality is effectively the opposite of No Charge, which removes a machine's ability to Boost. The Bulk Star and Hydra, which rely on the Boost Gauge for fuel, can use Max Boost to drive without having to recharge their Boost Gauge during the item's duration. On the contrary, the Wagon Star is completely unaffected by this item, as it lacks the ability to Boost.
